We install vinyl siding, James Hardie fiber cement, and LP Smart Sideengineered wood, plus board and batten and stone accents where a housecalls for it. Most of our siding work is full-home replacement on 1970s through 1990s suburban housing stock, where the original panels have gonebrittle, faded unevenly on the south face, or cracked through a couple of hard Chicago winters. We also do storm damage siding repair and single elevation replacement when that's genuinely the right call, and we'll tell you when it isn't.

1. In-Person Consultation
We walk the property and go through the scope, the existing architecture and how the new exterior ties into it, your material and color direction, any inspiration photos you've saved, and the budget. You'll get honest direction on site about what's realistic, not a pitch.
2. A 3D Design
We build your house in 3D with the materials and colors you're considering. About three weeks, one revision included, quoted at the consultation, so you get a proper idea of how your project would look.
3. Estimate
Once the design is final, we price it. Half a week to two weeks depending on complexity and whether custom material quotes are involved. Your estimate arrives through our software.
4. Contract & Deposit
Review the contract, approve it, and place the deposit through the same software. From that point you have a portal: quotes, appointments, design
selections, change orders, invoices and construction updates from your project
manager, all in one place.
5. Scheduling & Permits
Your project goes on our master schedule with a tentative start date. We prepare and submit all zoning, building and HOA paperwork six weeks or more ahead, the cost is already in your contract. You send us a copy of your plat of survey and we handle the rest.
6. Pre-Construction Meeting
About a month out we meet at your house with the designer, the estimator and your project manager together, so the people who planned it hand off directly to the people building it. Last chance to change anything before material is ordered.
7. Build
Site protected, cleaned daily, magnetic nail sweep for the drive and lawn.Your project manager keeps you updated through the software we use.
8. Punch Out & Final Walkthrough
We walk the whole exterior with you. Anything you're not happy with gets fixed then, not on a callback. You get your written workmanship warranty and your manufacturer paperwork.
